Credit Recovery
Credit recovery is available to all Long View students in good standing at no cost to families.
Long View’s credit recovery class is privilege-based. When a student is in good standing, they are passing current classes, have good attendance and are demonstrating appropriate school behavior.
Credit recovery can be completed during the academic intervention period and students are supported by the content-specific teacher for the class they are enrolled in. Students can take one credit recovery class at a time. When one class is finished, they can enroll in an additional class as needed.

Jeffco Public Schools knows that students may experience challenges that impact their progress toward graduation. We care deeply about helping every student and family understand the options available to get back on track and move forward with confidence.
Credit recovery gives students an opportunity to make up credits needed for graduation. Options may look different by school, so the best first step is to contact your student’s school counselor. Your school counselor knows your student, understands the school’s available supports, and can help explain the best options for your student’s path.
